Kogi West: Buhari’s Enemies Have Lost Power – Keyamo

The Minister of State for Labour, Festus Keyamo (SAN) has congratulated Smart Adeyemi for winning the Kogi West Senatorial rerun election.

Naija News reports that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had declared APC’s Adeyemi the winner of the Kogi west senatorial election.

The returning officer of the election Olayinde Lawal declared Adeyemi winner at the end of the rerun on Saturday, November 30.

According to the INEC returning officer, Adeyemi polled 88,373 votes to defeat his closest challenger, Dino Melaye of the PDP who got 62,133 votes.

Reacting in a post on his Twitter handle, Keyamo said commiserated with Dino Melaye on his ouster as Senator representing Kogi.

He wrote: “Congratulations to my friend and brother, Senator Smart Adeyemi and commiserations to my friend and brother, Senator Dino

“God Almighty has just shown us that PMB became President in 2015 because He alone decreed it.

“Those who felt they made him President in 2015 & planned to ‘unmake’ him in 2019 have all lost power one by one yet PMB is still standing strong and will finish his second term by His Grace.”
