Man Strips, Threatens To Rape NEPA Officer, See Why

One man who was apparently angry has taken to the streets to fight with a female officer of the Nigerian Electrical Power Authority NEPA.

The NEPA Officials had disconnected his electrical cable for refusing to pay electrical bills.

The Angry man, in the video was seen dragging the electrical-cable with the female official, while exchanging words with her, saying his son was killed by NEPA.

All of a sudden, to the greatest surprise of everyone at the scene, the man immediately dropped down his pants and shouted “I will rape you, if you dont give me back my cables”.

Without hesitating, the female NEPA official let go of the cable, and allowed the angry man go.
