EFCC Arraigns Mompha’s Accomplice In Internet Scam Trial

Nigeria’s top antigraft agency has presented a second associate of Ismaila Mustapha known as Mompha in court.

Naija News recalls that popular Hamza Koudeih was arrested in a high brow apartment in Banana Island, weeks ago by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Monday.

However, the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, has postponed the proper arraignment of Kolade Phillip and Hamza Koudeih to November 28, 2019 after he gave a surprise visit.

Naija News understands that the EFCC did not indicate when the bespectacled Phillip was arrested and where.

Phillip and Hamza, both accomplices of Ismaila Mustapha (aka Mompha) will be tried on a 24- count charge bordering on conspiracy and money laundering.
