Abike Dabiri Commends Police For Arresting Killers Of PDP Women Leader

Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Chairman, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission while speaking on the death of the PDP women leader in Kogi State, Acheju Abuh, commended the Nigerian Police over the arrest of suspected killers of PDP Women Leader.

She charged the security operatives to ensure that those apprehended face the wrath of the law. Dabiri-Erewa stated that political violence should be condemned in Nigeria.

Recall that the PDP women leader was killed shortly after the Independent National Electoral Commission, announced Governor Yahaya Bello winner of the governorship election in Kogi State.

Mrs Abuh was attacked in her residence and burnt alive by suspected thugs of the APC.

She took to her Twitter account and wrote: “Kudos to the @PoliceNG for the arrest of some suspects in the death of the PDP women leader in Kogi. Imperative for the culprits to be found and justice is done. Political violence must not be tolerated. May her soul RIP.”
