Man Drowns In National Stadium Swimming Pool

The death has been reported of a 26-year-old man who drowned and died while swimming in the pool of the National Stadium in Surulere, Lagos State.

The man identified as Sodiq Yusuf was said to have been rushed to Randle General Hospital, Surulere, where he later died.

The Lagos State police command spokesperson, Bala Elkana, further confirmed in a statement that the body of the late Yusuf has been deposited at the mortuary.
