Sowore: Nigeria Unsafe Under Buhari Govt – Fani-Kayode

Former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode has said President Muhammadu Buhari has made Nigeria unsafe for everyone.

Fani-Kayode was reacting to the continued detention of Omoyele Sowore by the Department of State Services (DSS).

Naija News reports that the DSS has refused to release the Publisher of Sahara Reporter, Sowore and co-defendant, Olawale Bakare, despite court orders ordering their release.

Reacting in a post on Twitter, Fani-Kayode claimed that not even President Buhari’s friends are safe in Nigeria.

He wrote: “Sad but not surprised that Yele Sowore has not been released by Buhari. What some of you helped rig into power in 2015/2019 was a monstrous system.

“They control EVERYTHING now. They persecuted others &you urged them on. Today not even their friends are safe from their tyranny.”
