Biafra: IPOB’s Nnamdi Kanu Gives FG Fresh Conditions For Dialogue

The Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has said he will dialogue over the agitation for Biafra if the federal government will agree to a referendum.

In a statement by IPOB spokesperson, Emma Powerful, Nnamdi Kanu insisted that the meeting between him and the Nigerian government should take place at a neutral venue and organized by the United Nations.
