1. Supreme Court Delivers Final Judgement In Atiku’s Case Against Buhari

The Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed the case instituted by Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) against the 2019 election victory of President Muhammadu Buhari, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The apex court, ruled against the PDP and its candidate and in favour of the APC and its candidate. It noted that the suit instituted by Atiku and the PDP lacked merit.

2. Court Orders Lagos State Assembly To Stop Ambode’s Probe

A Lagos High Court has ordered the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa and other committee members to stop all ongoing investigation on the procurement of 820 buses.
