Ronaldo, Aubameyang Lead Race For 2019 Ballon d’Or (Full list)

Ballon D’Or has released a list of the first set of nominees for the prestigous award.

Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang (Arsenal), Sergio Aguero (Manchester City), Sadio Mane (Liverpool), Kylian Mbappe (Paris Saint-Germain) and Cristiano Ronaldo (Juventus) made this year’s list alongside others.

Naija News reports that the rest of the 30-man list would later be released.

Real Madrid’s Luka Modric is currently the defended winner of the award, after claiming the award in 2018.

The winner of the Ballon d’Or will be announced in Paris on December 2.
