FG, Labour End Minimum Wage Meeting, Fresh Decision Taken

The Federal Government led by President Muhammadu Buhari through a delegation led by the Minister of Labour, Chris Ngige, has ended its meeting with the organized Labour over the new minimum wage.

Naija News reports that the Federal Government and the organized Labour resumed negotiation on the full implementation of the new minimum wage today, however, the meeting just ended without an agreement.

Court Fixes Date To Hear Sowore’s Application On Bail

The Federal High Court in Abuja has scheduled the hearing of an application seeking a softening of bail conditions imposed on the convener of #RevolutionNow protest, Omoyele Sowore, and co-defendant, Olawale Bakare, for October 21.

A lawyer in Sowore’s legal team, Mr Marshal Abubakar, confirmed the date for the hearing of their clients’ bail applications on October 21, 2019

Kogi: PDP Berates Buhari For Seeking Senate Approval Of N10bn

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has condemned the move by President Muhammadu Buhari to get the Senate to approve N10 billion for Kogi State.
