Ex-Super Eagles Star, Odemwingie Becomes A Professional Golf Player

Former Nigerian international, Peter Odemwingie popularly known as Osaze has picked another career as a professional golf player after putting an end to his career as a football player.

Naija News learnt that the Odemwingie posted on Instagram that he is now officially a member of the PGA (Professional Golfers’ Association).

I AM VERY PROUD TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THIS GREAT ASSOCIATION! ⛳️ Congratulations, as of today your registration with The PGA has been accepted and a place on the PGA Training Programme and University of Birmingham Foundation Degree in Professional Golf studies has been allocated to you. Your amateur status has now been relinquished and you are now officially classified as a PGA Assistant Professional. Your PGA Membership number is 0160371 ⛳️??‍♂️❤️?

He has been given a slot for training at the University of Birmingham foundation degree in professional golf studies.

The former Super Eagles star appeared for Stoke City and also played for the likes of West Bromwich Albion, Cardiff City, Bristol City, Rotherham United, Lokomotiv Moscow and Lille.
