1. Finally, Aisha Buhari Leaves London For Nigeria

Aisha Buhari, Nigeria’s First Lady and wife to President Muhammadu Buhari has finally left London, the United Kingdom for Nigeria nearly three months after she left the country. Naija News reports that the First Lady was seen off by the wife of the Nigerian Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Mrs. Modupe Oguntade.

2. 45,000L Petrol Tanker Falls On Otedola Bridge

The Environs of Otedola bridge in Lagos state is in disarray after a truck loaded with 45,000 litres of petrol was involved in an accident. Emergency responders have been sent to the spot of the incident so as to manage the situation and control it from becoming a big incident.

3. Another Building Collapses In Lagos

Another storey building on Saturday, collapsed on Rademo Street, behind recreation centre, Ita Elewa, in the Ikorodu area of Lagos state. Naija News reports that the storey building that collapsed as a result of the downpour on Saturday, becomes the second building collapse to be recorded on Saturday.

4. Building Collapses In Magodo, Kills Four

At least four persons have been killed after a building collapsed in the Otun Araromi area of Isheri – Magodo, Lagos. Naija News reports that a mother and her three children died almost immediately the building came down in the early hours of Saturday, October 12.

5. APC Chairmen Meet Over Ultimatum To Oshiomhole-led NWC

State Chairmen of the All Progressives Congress (APC) will on Sunday meet over its ultimatum given to the national leadership of the party. Naija News recalls that the APC state chairmen had on September 23 issued the National Working Committee (NWC) under the APC National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, an ultimatum to address their perceived concerns.

6. Boko Haram: Nigeria Air Force Destroys ISWAP’s Camp In Borno

The Nigerian Air Force has destroyed Islamic State of West Africa Province (ISWAP) terrorists’ logistics base and training camp in Kusuma, Borno State. This was made known in a statement by Director of Public Relations and Information Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola.

7. Apostle Suleman Lambastes Buhari-led Govt

Apostle Johnson Suleman, the General Overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries has lambasted the federal government led by President Muhammadu Buhari over the proposed N5 million fine for hate speech. Naija News understands that the Nigerian Pastor took to his Twitter handle on the micro-blogging site to express his reaction over the proposed fine.

Former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode has claimed that all enemies of former President Goodluck Jonathan are been exposed and disgraced. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain made this known in a post on his Twitter page.

La Liga champions, Barcelona, is in the market to sign a replacement for Luis Suarez at the club, the club has shortlisted four strikers to replace the Uruguay international. The 32-year-old striker is at the later stage of his career at Barcelona and the La Liga side is looking into replacing him with a top striker.

A former housemate of the Big Brother Naija (#BBNaija) season 4 edition, Tacha Akide, has signed to Tunji Ibrahim Balogun better known as TeeBillz, management company. The controversial Instagram influencer took to her page to announce that she is now signed under ‘BillzVizion’, a label owned by TeeBillz, former husband of Tiwa Savage.
