The full list of the 10-point appeal filed against President Muhammadu Buhari‘s tribunal victory by Atiku Abubakar, the 2019 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has emerged. Naija News recalls that PDP and Atiku had on Monday, September 23, filed a suit at the supreme court to challenge the ruling of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) of September 11.
The former Vice President and Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, and his party have filed their appeal against the judgment passed by the presidential election petitions tribunal at the Supreme Court. Recall that the tribunal had dismissed the petition of Atiku, PDP and affirmed the election of President Muhammadu Buhari.
