Just In: Vice-President Osinbajo Presides Over FEC

With President Muhammadu Buhari in New York for the 74th session of UN General Assembly, Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo presided over the Federal Executive Council.

Naija News understands that the FEC meeting started at 11.02 am at the State House, Abuja with the Chief of Staff to the President, Mallam Abba Kyari and acting Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Folashade Yemi-Esan in attendance.

Other key stakeholders, Ministers and Secretaries to MDAs in attendance were Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, was represented by the Permanent Secretary, Ecological Fund, Hajiya Habiba Lawal.

However some ministers were absent at the meeting as the Ministries of Science and Technology; Transportation and the Bureau for Public Procurement are among the Ministries, Departments and Agencies expected to make presentations at the meeting.
