Nigeria Will Succeed, Osinbajo Insists

Yemi Osinbajo, Nigeria’s vice president has reiterated his conviction that Nigeria, saying that Nigeia has great hopes towards development as its success is key to Africa’s development.

Naija News understands that Osinbajo’s spokesman, Laolu Akande, made this known in a statement in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.

Akande in his statement said Osinbajo said this while delivering a lecture at the 8thConvocation Lecture of the Osun State University on Saturday in Osogbo, where he was opportune to speak on the topic; “Six Decades of Chequered Nationhood: Nigeria Still Holds the Key to Africa’s Development”.

The vice president was quoted to have said; “This country is bound to succeed; we will get there.

“Our founding fathers were all right, even though they had not even then seen Nigeria’s true potential Nigeria.

“And indeed as Nigeria grows, so does Africa,” he assured.
