Nigerian Legislators Honour Air Peace Boss Allen Onyema

The  Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of an airline company, Air Peace, Mr. Allen Onyema has honored the invitation of the Nigerian House of Representatives.

Naija News learnt that the patriotic Nigerian businessman was invited to appear before the House on Wednesday in recognition of his magnanimous decision to put his planes for use to evacuate Nigerians who were being attacked in the wake of the xenophobic attacks in South Africa.

It is expected, as resolved by the House of Representatives that Onyema will be recommended for a national award.

Speaking on the national award, Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila said that the House is honouring Onyema for the level of his patriotism.

Addressing the session, Chief Onyema commended the lawmakers for the honour done him, saying ” you brought tears into my eyes as I have never been honoured in this way in my life “
Onyema, however, pleaded with the Federal Government to look critically into the plights of various Nigerians who lost their lives and property during the incident.
