The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital on Monday, upheld the victory of Gov. Seyi Makinde of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). The declaration of Senator Oluremi Tinubu by INEC as the winner of February 23 National Assembly election is hereby affirmed.”
