Ngige made this known while reacting to reports that IPOB members had threatened to attack South-East politicians outside the shores of Nigeria.

Naija News reports that the IPOB leader arrived Geneva in Switzerland on Monday, September 16 ahead of his meeting with UN officials, where he would be expected to present the agitation for the Republic of Biafra before the United Nations.

The proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has accused the federal government of plotting to attack the Afaraukwu home of its leader, Nnamdi Kanu in Abia State. Naija News recalls that Kanu’s house in Afaraukwu was allegedly attacked by soldiers on September 10, 2017, causing the disappearance of the IPOB leader and his parents.

6. Biafra: Nnamdi Kanu Explodes Over ‘Assassins’ At His Abia Residence

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has raised the alarm over alleged assassins at his residence in Afara-Ukwu, Abia State, South-East Nigeria. 7. Biafra: Nnamdi Kanu Honours ‘Biafrans Killed’ During Operation Python Dance II

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has honoured members of his group and pro-Biafra agitators killed during the Operation Python Dance II at his residence in Afara-Ukwu, Abia State in 2017. Naija News recalls that IPOB members and other pro-Biafra agitators clashed with the Nigerian Army in September 2017. The clash in its wake left some “Biafrans” dead and others injured.

This comes after Naija News reported that Nnamdi Kanu, on Tuesday took his agitation for the actualization of a Sovereign State called Biafra to the European Union parliament.

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has reassured members of his group and Biafra hopefuls that the Republic of Biafra will come. Naija News reports that the IPOB leader gave the assurance to members of his group and Biafra hopefuls on the micro-blogging site, Twitter, on Wednesday, September 11.

10. Biafra: Group Demands IPOB Leader, Nnamdi Kanu’s Arrest

One Thomas Carroll of GAYLORD POPP, LLC, acting on behalf of the Incorporated Trustees of Make Nigeria Better Initiative (MNBI), has dragged the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) before the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. Naija News gathered that the lawyer, in the complaint, asked the ICC to order the arrest and prosecution of the pro-Biafra activist.
