Nigerian young entrepreneur Obinwanne Okeke who was arrested by the FBI in august has pleaded not guilty to the two counts charge of conspiracy to commit fraud at his first hearing on Monday.

The presiding judge at Virginia, federal courthouse, who declared the case as “complex,”  revealed that  Mr Okeke will remain inside the police custody until February 18, 2020, when the trial would be decided.

It will be recalled that Mr. Okeke, widely known as Invictus Obi, was arrested on August 6 in Alexandria, Virginia, just moments before he was scheduled to return to Nigeria.
