Osinbajo Speaks On When Ministers Will Present Their First Performance
Yemi Osinbajo, Nigeria’s vice president has stated that all appointed ministers would present their first performance report to the presidency by December this year.
This he declared during the opening ceremony of the Annual National Management Conference of the Nigerian Institute of Management held in Abuja.
Osinbajo noted that specific mandates had been designed by President Muhammadu Buhari for each ministries to follow.
“The ministers are expected to render their first report of performance in December,” the vice-president told delegates at the management conference.
He stated also that studies have revealed that there is an endemic management failure that all Nigerian economy sectors are suffering from.
Osinbajo, who stated that the problem of the country was management related, was quick to however add that the current government was working hard to address this challenge.
