The President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari is currently in the Asian country of Japan where he is attending the 7th Tokyo International Conference on African Development.

Naija News reports the international conference is holding in the City of Yokohama from August 28 to August 30.

The photos below show President Buhari alongside Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, AU Chairperson and President of Egypt Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and other African leaders at the Opening Session of the 7th Tokyo International Conference on African Development in Japan.

According to further information made available to Naija News on Wednesday by Bashir Ahmad, Buhari’s personal assistant on new media, the President also on the sideline of #TICAD7 holding in Yokohama, Japan, held bilateral meetings with President Patrice Talon of the Benin Republic and President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa.
