The founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church in Ejigbo, Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has released new prophecies. Naija News reports that the clergymen released the prophecies on Saturday, August 24, during the release of his annual book of prophecy, “Warning To All Nations” at his church in Oke Afa, Isolo, Lagos State.

2. Kidnap kingpin Wadume Makes More Confessions, Indicts Babangida, APC

Hamisu Bala aka Wadume, a Kidnap Kingpin in Taraba State, northern Nigeria, who was arrested by officers of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF), has made more confessions, indicting the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the process. Naija News reports that Wadume, in his shocking revelations about his criminal activities, revealed that he dropped out of school after junior secondary education, and was introduced to crime by one Babangida Musa.

3. 2019 Election: Name Who Gave You N13m, APC Dares Wadume

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has challenged notorious kidnapper Hamisu Bala Wadume to name the party chieftain that gave him N13 million for the 2019 Presidential Election. In his confessional statement, Wadume confessed being given N13 million by the APC, but spent N7 million of the money for the election, in addition to collecting about N6 million from an unnamed sitting governor.

4. Dino Melaye Roasts Smart Adeyemi After Tribunal Ruling

Senator Dino Melaye, representing Kogi West at the Nigerian Senate, has described Senator Smart Adeyemi, his main challenger in the Kogi West Senatorial election, as his “political wife.” Naija News reports that Senator Melaye gave this description in an interview with Channels Television on Friday after the Kogi State National Assembly/State Assembly election petition tribunal nullified his election as Kogi West senator.

5. NAF Fighter Jets Bomb Boko Haram Terrorists In Sambisa

The Nigeria Air Force (NAF) Alpha jets on Friday bombed scores of Boko Haram terrorists found in the Bula Korege area of Sambisa forest in Borno State. Naija News reports that the Air Task Force deployed two fighter jets as part of Operation Lafiya Dole, in its ongoing efforts to contain the insurgents within the Lake Chad region.

President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday approved the reappointment of Afolabi Imoukhuede as his Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Job Creation. This was made known in a letter signed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Gida Mustapha.

7. Biafra: What IPOB Will Do To Buhari In Japan – Nnamdi Kanu

The leader of the Indigenous People o Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has urged members of the pro-Biafra group to arrest President Muhammadu Buhari when he arrives in Japan. Naija News reports that Buhari will on Sunday depart Abuja for Japan to participate in the Seventh Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD7) holding in the City of Yokohama, August 28-30, 2019.

8. Fraud: Fani-Kayode Explodes As FG Plans To Extradite 80 Nigerians

Femi Fani-Kayode has condemned the federal government for making plans to extradite 80 Nigerians accused by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) of perpetrating fraud in the United States. Naija News reports that the USA authorities had released about 80 names of some Nigerians, accused of perpetrating fraud in the country.

9. Shehu Sani Speaks On Getting Appointment From Tinubu

A former lawmaker representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Shehu Sani has dismissed reports that Bola Ahmed Tinubu appointed him coordinator of his presidential campaign. In a post on Facebook on Saturday, the Kaduna politician advised Nigerians to disregard the fake stories.

The immediate past National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), John Odigie Oyegun, has said the ruling party will have issues in 2023 when Muhammadu Buhari ceases to be president. The former Edo State governor, who recently clocked 80 years, made this known in an interview with ARISE NEWS on Friday.
