A block of flats belonging to the former governor of Cross River, Donald Duke, in Ikoyi has been seized by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria.
Naija News learnt that justice Chuka Obiozor made the order on August 8, 2019, in a ruling at a Federal High Court in Lagos.

According to the court order, AMCON and United Bank for Africa (UBA) are to seize the property of Donald Duke over an alleged N537,334,360.77 debt.

The court also authorised AMCON and UBA to, in the interim, take possession of funds in the accounts of Duke and others in any bank.
