D’Tigress Emerges Afrobasket Champions

Nigeria’s female national basketball team, D’Tigress on Sunday made history after successfully defending their Afro basketball championship.

The Nigerian female team defeated hosts, Senegal by 60 to 55 points to emerge champions of the African competition.

The Nigerian team didn’t lose a single match on their way to the championship, which is the fourth for the girls.
