Police Arrest Suspects Over Death Of Sex Worker

The Rivers State Police Command has made some arrests over the death of a commercial sex worker who was strangled to death in a Port Harcourt hotel.

Naija News understands that the sex worker was strangled in her hotel room on Tuesday, August 13.

This is coming in just few days after this online news platform reported an unidentified lady who was also strangled to death in a popular Portharcourt hotel in early  August.

A source who requested anonymity said the sex worker was found dead with a white piece of clothes around her neck, suggesting that she must have been strangled to death.

As at the time of this report, the body of the sex worker is still yet to be identified.

When contacted, the Police spokesman in the state, Nnamdi Omoni, while confirming the report said suspects have been arrested, “but the hotel has not been shut down.”

Omoni assured the public that justice would be done to the matter.
