Reno Omokri Reveals Nigeria’s Problem

Former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has revealed that the major problem of the country is “Nigerians.”

Naija News understands that the former presidential aide said Nigerians who are only interested in debating issues that have no relationship with national development are the problems facing the country.

Omokri on Thursday stated this where he also emphasised that Nigerians are more interested in talking about entertainment and s*x but lose interest immediately when the discussions tilt towards “serious issues facing Nigeria”.

Omokri said topics like those revolving around Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, the ongoing reality Big Brother Nigeria (BBNaija) show, Naira Marley’s ‘Soapy‘ song and dance, sex and so on trends better.

In his tweet, Omokri said: “If you want to discuss serious issues facing Nigeria, Nigerians will tune out. But once you bring up #BBNaija, @iam_Davido, ’Soapy’ dance, sex, etc, they tune back in. The next day, they will complain of Nigeria, not knowing THEY are the problem!”
