Flood Takes Over Roads In Abuja (Pictures)

Road users coming from Kubwa end of the Federal Capital Territory were forced to make a detour and take alternative routes due to the huge flood.

Naija News learnt that there was an heavy downpour earlier today which disrupted vehicular moments.

The road from the expressway linking Aso Drive, Department of State Services headquarters and back gate to the Presidential Villa was also impassable.

Recall this platform earlier reported that the Abuja International Airport was also flooded, causing massive disruptions in flight schedules.

Road users coming from Kubwa end of the Federal Capital Territory were forced to make a detour and take alternative routes.

It was also observed that several shops and business centres in the Central Business District and the Three Arms Zones were still not open as of 11:00 a.m.
