FourSquare Church Gets New General Overseer

Reports reaching Naija News suggests that popular Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria has inaugurated a new General Overseer (GO) to Pastor the church and its affairs.

Naija News understands that the new General Overseer is Rev Sam Aboyeji, who was the Midwest region overseer of the church until his election a few minutes ago.

He was elected at the Ajebo Camp of the church situated around the Arepo axis, a walking distance from the popular DeeperLife Campground along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

Naija News understands in a report by The Nation that Aboyeji emerged as winner after 1670 votes to 672 scored by Rev. Isaac Komolafe, the overseer over the Northern region of the church.

Aboyeji is expected after his emergence, to takes over from Rev Felix Meduoye, who has attained the statutory retirement age of 70.
