A witness for the Peoples Democratic Party, Peter Ali, while speaking at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal on Wednesday alleged that an official of the Independent National Electoral Commission identified as Abubakar Kaura was found with the sum of $10,000 dollars on the day of the election. Ali, who claimed that he was the ward collation officer stated that the $10,000 dollars, was a bribe for the INEC officer to manipulate the result of the election in the area of Nasarawa State.

3. Atiku vs Buhari: PDP Agent Reveals Shocking Details Of What Happened At Polling Units In Borno State

An agent for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) during the 2019 presidential election in Nigeria has revealed some of his experiences in Borno State. The agent, Babagana Kukawa spoke at the resumed hearing of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja on Monday as the 37th witness for the PDP and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

A Peoples Democratic Party, PDP‘s witness, Ijeoma Peter Obi, at the presidential election petition tribunal today, stated that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, used the server for the transmission of election results of the February 23, presidential election. Obi who stated that he is an Information Communications and Technology expert declared also that he transmitted results from polling units to the INEC server as Registration Area Technician shortlisted and trained by INEC for the 2019 polls.

5. Atiku vs Buhari: PDP, Ex-VP Head To Supreme Court Over INEC Server

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Nigeria’s main opposition party and its Presidential candidate in the 2019 Presidential election, Atiku Abubakar, have said they will challenge the dismissal of their application to be granted access to inspect the central server of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). Naija News recalls that the former Vice President and his party had prayed the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal to grant them access to inspect the central server allegedly used by INEC to transmit results during the 2019 general elections.

The All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling party, has prayed the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal to strike out Atiku Abubakar’s petition against President Muhammadu Buhari’s re-election on the ground that he is not a Nigerian by birth.
