2Face Under Fresh Attack For Posting Message Criticizing Bible

Nigerians have subjected Ace Nigerian singer and songwriter, Innocent Idibia popularly known by his stage name as 2face or 2Baba, after endorsing a provoking post criticizing the holy bible.

Naija News understands that 2Face made his stand while reacting to a critic by a Nigerian social critic, Ikhide Ikheloa, popularly known as Pa Ikhide, who criticized Africans for still believing in the Bible and the ‘White man’s God.’

Pa Ikhide had said that the Bible, “is a great work of fiction” and “a tool of oppression created by feuding brothers to oppress women, children, and the vulnerable.”

While reacting to Pa Ikhide’s stand, @Face took to his Instagram handle to share a screenshot of the post and then wrote: “Africa Wake up#openyourmind #openyoureyes #ONELOVERELIGION Emancipate yourself from mental slavery.”

Meanwhile, the legendary singer has been receiving serious bashing over his comment of religious sensitivity.

Many of the fans who reacted to the Singer’s endorsement were of the opinion that he shouldn’t have uttered such owing to the fact that he is an ‘influencer,’ and that his stand could mislead others’ perception of the bible.
