Recall the PDP and Atiku had announced a line up of 400 witnesses to be called before the tribunal in defence of its claim that the presidential election results declared were false.

Sani, who was the Peoples Democratic Party’s collation agent in Lapai Local Government Area of Niger State for the presidential election, had told the tribunal that there were several cases of thuggery and sporadic shootings in many parts of the area, preventing and disrupting voting.

He declared under cross-examination, that he submitted the results he collated in his local government to the state collation agent of his party.
