1. Buhari Returns To Nigeria From Niger Republic

President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to Nigeria after attending the African Union (AU) 12th Extra-Ordinary Summit in Niamey, Niger Republic. Buhari’s plane landed at the Presidential Wing of Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja around 1:26 pm on Monday.

2. Buhari Moves Against Use Of His Bio-Data At Presidential Tribunal

President Muhammadu Buhari has challenged the admissibility of the form containing his bio-data at the presidential election petition tribunal. According to NAN, this happened on Monday at the resumed sitting of the presidential election petition tribunal in the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and it’s Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

3. PDP Caucus Begs House Of Reps For Elumelu, Others, See Why

The opposition Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) caucus has pleaded with the party to lift the ban handed over to some members of the party in the House of Representatives. Recall that last week, the minority leader of the House, Hon. Ndudi Elumelu, the deputy minority leader, Hon. Toby Okechukwu, the Minority Whip, Hon. Gideon Gwani, the Deputy Minority Whip, Hon. Adeogun Adekoya and others were suspended over the minority leadership crisis in the House.

Itse Sagay, Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC)‘s chairman, has reacted to the Supreme Court ruling on Osun State governorship election. Governor Gboyega Oyetola victory was affirmed by the court.

5. INEC Transmitted 2019 Presidential Election Results To Server – Witnesses

A Peoples Democratic Party, PDP‘s witness, Ijeoma Peter Obi, at the presidential election petition tribunal today, stated that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, used the server for the transmission of election results of the February 23, presidential election. Obi who stated that he is an Information Communications and Technology expert declared also that he transmitted results from polling units to the INEC server as Registration Area Technician shortlisted and trained by INEC for the 2019 polls.

6. Edwin Clark Calls On PDP To End Their House Of Reps Crisis

A Peoples Democratic Party chieftain, Edwin Clark, has called on the party to focus on major national issues and end the current minority leadership crisis in the House of Representatives. He challenged that opposition party not to take no further action but allow the matter to rest since it had suspended the affected Reps.
