Following the rape allegation against the senior Pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, an online news platform, YNaija has revealed that the pastor and his wife, Modele Fatoyinbo are currently out seeking for journalists to interview them.

According to the report, one of the names on the list is Daddy Freeze, a Nigerian OAP who is known for criticizing the religious practice of tithing.

“PB and his wife are saying that they have to fight back,” a source who works in the Pastor’s office and who wishes to remain anonymous said to us yesterday.

“They feel abandoned by their mentors, and that there is no other way out, and they have decided to attack all the girls.”

“He is also reconsidering his stepping down because there were no protests in the church yesterday because they feel the issue is dying down. I don’t know what they plan to say when Freeze does the interview. They have not told anybody.”

Nigerian Journalist, Eromo Egbejule, had stated that Pastor Biodun and his wife are working at discrediting any victims who come forward to narrate their experience with the pastor.

Whenever a victim comes forward, there is a campaign to discredit the victim alleging physical assault or rape.

A source close to Daddy Freeze claimed that Daddy Freeze hasn’t yet left for the interview:

“They contacted him, but he hasn’t travelled yet. They haven’t gotten back to him again, since the first two calls.”

There had been called from Nigerians for Pastor Fatoyinbo to come out and tell his side of the story.
