The Governorship candidate of the Allied People’s Movement, Adekunle Akinlade, has stormed the election petition tribunal sitting in Isabo, Abeokuta with ‘Ghana Must Go’ bags containing electoral evidence to prove that his mandate was stolen.

Dapo Abiodun, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress had defeated Akinlade in the 2019 governorship election in Ogun State.

At the resumption of the hearing on Tuesday, the APM governorship candidate shocked the panel with true copies of electoral materials from different local governments in more than seven Ghana must go bags to convince the tribunal that he won the election.

“We shall be willing to have the answers to our questions (asked and yet unasked) at the said sitting.”
