Popular Nigeria businessman and CEO of Sapphire scents, Adewale Aladejana, has apologized to Nigerians for attacking Busola Dakolo.

Naija News reports that photojournalist and wife of Timi Dakolo, Busola, had accused the pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo, of raping her.

Reacting, Wale, who is a friend to the COZA pastor, described the couple as morally bankrupt people who are out to destroy the image of Fatoyinbo.

Nigerians had slammed the businessman for his comments, with some Nigerians calling for a boycott of Sapphire scents.

However, in a post on his Instagram page on Saturday, Wale apologized to Nigerians over his reactions.

Jana wrote: “There has been a lot of misunderstanding due to my earlier post and it’s important to clarify that I DON’T SUPPORT RAPE! I am a father of two lovely daughters and a beautiful wife.

“I am surrounded by women; Sapphire Group is made up of close to 1000 women and we have done a lot for women empowerment and will continue to do so.

“I apologise to everyone my previous post has offended as it is insensitive to victims of rape.

“Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo has also come out to refute the allegations levelled against him, it is now a legal matter and the truth will come to light.
