Court Strikes Out Certificate Fraud Case Against AbdulRazaq

Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin, the state capital on Wednesday took a decision when it struck out the certificate forgery case filed against Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.

Naija News understands that the court dismissed the case after the claimant insisted he was withdrawing the case.

Justice Adenike Akinpelu struck out the case after a member of the PDP, Adekunle Oluwafemi Abraham,  who had filed the case, told the court he had indeed presented a notice of withdrawal of the matter.

Justice Akinpelu said the withdrawal meant that the efforts of one Olusola Olaseinde who wanted to join the suit were inconsequential since the original case has been withdrawn.
