According to UK Sun, Arsenal manager, Unai Emery, has called on the club’s board to break the bank to sign Wilfried Zaha.

With the transfer market getting busier, Emery is desperate to sign a winger during the transfer window and the Crystal Palace player is his top target.

Following the failure of Gunners to qualify for the Champions League, the transfer budget of the club was limited to just £45million.

The Spaniard is set to force the board to release the funds to land the £55m-rated Palace winger.

Palace is set to release the player if there is a suitable price for the 26-year-old Ivory Coast international, who is a boyhood supporter of Arsenal.

Zaha is in the interest of top clubs after becoming one of the most feared forwards in the Premier League.

He scored 10 goals and created as many assists last season.
