2019 JAMB Cut-Off Marks For Admission

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Tuesday, announced the approved cut-off marks for the 2019 admission process into higher institutions of learning.

The board announced the official marks at the end of its 19th Policy Meeting with heads of tertiary institutions in Nigeria.

The meeting held at the Bola Babalakin Auditorium, Gbongan, Osun State.

Naija News reports JAMB announced 160 and above as the official cut-off mark for admissions in 2019.

140 was approved as the cut-off mark for admission into private universities.

120 UTME score was agreed as the admission requirement into public polytechnics while 110 is the minimum for admission into private polytechnics.

Following the approval of the official cut-off marks for the 2019-2020 admission exercise by JAMB, tertiary institutions in the country can now pick individual cut off marks and conduct Post-UTME exercises.
