This according to the union is in a deliberate attempt to improve the quality of education in the state.

He commended the government for prioritising education in the state, but emphasised the need for the state government to prioritise the welfare of teachers deployed to schools in the state.

“The government is building state of the art schools with decent environment, but our teachers lack motivation. It is my firm believe that with the necessary motivations for our teachers, the problems in our education sector will be solved.”
