Why Dino Melaye May Govern Kogi State – Fani-Kayode

Former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode has disclosed that Senator Dino Melaye (PDP-Kogi West) could become the next governor of Kogi State.

Naija News had reported that the Kogi lawmaker recently declared his intention to run for governor.

Melaye is renowned for posting Biblical messages on his Twitter handle and making videos praising God.

In a post on Twitter on Saturday, Fani-Kayode said Melaye may end up as the next governor of Kogi State if he continues to praise God in public.

He wrote: “When you praise the Lord before men, He honours you before the world.

“When you call His name, even in the presence of heathens and unbelievers, he blesses you and gives u the fat of the land.

“If my aburo Dino Melaye goes on this way he may end up being the next Governor of Kogi State.”
