Senator Ademola Adeleke was qualified to contest the September 2018 governorship election, the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has ruled today. Recall that Justice Othman Musa of the High Court in Bwari, Abuja had voided Ademola Adeleke’s candidacy for 2018 Osun election, saying that he was not qualified to contest.

Nigeria’s Apex Court has upheld Comrade Abba Moro has the winner of 2018 senatorial primary election of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Benue South. The Justices of the supreme court who in a unanimous decision, validated the nomination of Comrade Moro as the authentic candidate of the PDP for the Benue South senatorial district said the petition of Hon Ojobo lacked substance.
