Nigerians Rate Bukola Saraki ‘Best’ Senate President

The outgoing Senate President of Nigeria, Dr Bukola Saraki has been praised as a patriotic leader by several  Nigerians.

The former governor of Kwara state was seen at the Presidential inauguration of Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday.

Naija News recalls Saraki also served as special assistant to the former president of Nigeria, Cheif Olusegun Obasanjo.

Saraki while speaking earlier today urged all the newly sworn-in leaders to work for the development of Nigeria. Dr Saraki also advised Nigerians to fully take ownership of democracy and its institutions and use them to “entrench peace, welfare and improved standard of living for all our people.”

Meanwhile, Several Nigerians rated him high as he bows out of the Senate and the Parliamentary leadership after 8 years.

Bukola Saraki is a fighter. He fought to finish, though he lost his seat to APC but in return PDP got the following States; Adamawa, Zamfara, Oyo, Bauchi, Benue, Sokoto, Imo. So Sen. Saraki is actually the winner.
