6. Tinubu: Group Backs Osinbajo To Succeed Buhari In 2023

The Save Lagos Group (SLG) has stated that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is more qualified the succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023. In a statement to newsmen, the group convener, Adeniyi Sulaiman, also commended Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State over his stand on godfatherism widely believed to be against the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu.

7. Benue South Senatorial: Supreme Court Upholds Comrade Moro’s Election As PDP Candidate

Nigeria’s Apex Court has nullified a case brought before it by Joe Ojobo over the outcome of the October 2018 senatorial primary election of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Benue South. The Justices of the supreme court validated the nomination of Comrade Moro as the authentic candidate of the PDP for the Benue South senatorial district.
