A former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has reacted after Professor Wole Soyinka warned the Federal Government not to downplay comments by ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo on the alleged Africa Fulanisation and Islamisation.
Naija News reports that the Nobel laureate Professor gave his warning during the Africa Day 2019 organised by United Bank for Africa (UBA).
Soyinka cautioned that the country was going through “horrendous descent into the abyss” and that the people are interested in having their problems solved.
The former minister who took to his twitter page to praise the statement of Professor Wole Soyinka on the alleged Africa Fulanisation and Islamisation said;
I am glad that Baba OBJ and Prof. Wole Soyinka agree on one thing: that the Fulanisation agenda is real. I am glad that they have both cultivated the sincerity of purpose and courage to join the rest of us and speak out against this great evil that seeks to consumme our nation.

Meanwhile, another major critic of President Muhammadu Buhari led administration, Reno Omokri, an ex-aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, has also praised the statement of Professor Wole Soyinka.
I must commend Professor Wole Soyinka for putting aside his well-known animus for former President Olusegun Obasanjo, to agree with him on his comments on herdsmen and Boko Haram and their Islamisation agenda and condemning the @MBuhari government. That took courage! #RenosDarts
