Atiku Vs Buhari: Tribunal To Take Decision On Bulkachuwa

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal will take a decision on the application filed by the PDP against the President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa, by 2 pm.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is asking Justice Bulkachuwa to recuse herself as a member and the head of the panel.

The main opposition party is alleging that Justice Bulkachuwa would likely be biased against them in her handling of the hearing of their case due to her alleged family ties to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Naija News had reported that the tribunal had postponed proceedings for 30 minutes over the application filed by the main opposition party.
