JAMB To Restore Normalcy In Result Checking

The Joint Admission And Matriculation Board (JAMB), has explained why some candidates have been unable to check their results since it was released last week.

Speaking on the difficulty been experienced by some candidates in checking their 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Exam (UTME) results, JAMB said the issue has been noted and normalcy will be restored soon.

Naija News reports the assurance was given in a Tweet from JAMB’s official handle on Monday which reads:

“The Board has noticed that candidates are having difficulties assessing their results, especially with some networks. The network providers are looking into these technical hitches and have assured that normalcy would be restored soon.”

Meanwhile, Naija News reports Ekene Franklin Ezenala, the highest scorer in the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, has expressed fears on the possibility of not gaining admission into the University of Lagos due to age factor.

He has therefore pleaded for assistance to enable him to study abroad.
