JAMB Releases 2019 UTME Results Of 1.7 Million Candidates (Check Here)

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), has finally released the results of the recently conducted Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Naija News reports that JAMB released results of 1,792,719 candidates who sat for this year’s UTME today,  Saturday, May 11, exactly twenty-two days after it conducted the examination.

Similarly, the board withheld the results of 34,120  candidates for various infractions.

JAMB Registrar, Prof Is-haq Oloyede broke the news to journalists on Saturday in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.

JAMB: 2 Simple Steps To Check 2019 UTME Results Through SMS

Naija News has obtained two simple steps to check the results of the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board(JAMB) through Short Message Service (SMS).

How to check 2019 UTME results through SMS…

1. Send RESULT as an SMS to 55019 using the same number that was used for registration.

2. An SMS will be sent back to your phone carrying your UTME 2019 results.

2019 UTME Results: JAMB Registrar Breaks Down In Tears (See Why)

Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, Registrar, Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), on Saturday broke down in tears as he announced the release of the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Oloyede was in tears over the discovery made during the period of scrutiny of the examination centres.

Speaking to newsmen in Abuja, he expressed shock at the extent some candidates went to perfect their cheating in the examination.

JAMB: 15-Year-Old Scores Highest In 2019 UTME

As the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) released the results of the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) earlier today, a 15-year-old boy from Abia State has emerged the best-scoring candidate with 347 – considered the highest by the board.

Naija News reports that similarly, a 16-year-old boy from Abia State came second by scoring 346 marks just as a 17-year-old from Osun State trailed behind with 345 – considered by the board as the third best result in the 2019 UTME

JAMB To Release UTME 2019 Results Today – Registrar (Check Here)

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), will release results of the recently conducted Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) today, Saturday, May 11.

Naija News reports that the development was disclosed on Friday, May 10 by Prof. Is-haq Oloyede, the Registrar of JAMB.

The JAMB Registrar also said the board would give details of the 2019 UTME results to journalists on the day the results would be released.
