Tribunal Issues Pre-hearing Notice

The 2019 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar has been served a pre-hearing notice by the presidential election petition tribunal.

Recall Atiku is contesting the 2019 presidential election result which declared Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) winner.

The nation’s electoral umpire, Independent National Electoral Commission had declared Buhari winner of the polls, leading his closest challenger with over 3 million votes.

The notice of hearing was made available to Naija News in a statement on the official Facebook page of the PDP.

It reads:

“The 2019 Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has issued pre-hearing notice to the Peoples Democratic Parry (PDP), Presidential Candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.”

“The pre hearing will commence from Wednesday May 8, 2019.”

“Venue: Court of Appeal Complex, Abuja.”

“The process to #RescueNigeria has begun.”
