Reno Omokri Speaks On Release Of Zainab Aliyu, Leah Sharibu

Former presidential aide and frontier of the #FreeLeahSharibu campaign, Reno Omokri has commended the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration for securing the release of the Nigerian lady that was wrongly detained in Saudi Arabia for trafficking , Zainab Aliyu.

Naija News reports that Omokri took to his twitter handle to celebrate Buhari’s administration while reacting to a television report that revealed the release of Zainab.

Omokri in his message urged President Buhari to apply the same antics he used in securing the release of Zainab to also secure the release of Leah Sharibu.

In his words,  Omokri said; “I celebrate the @MBuhari government for securing Zainab Aliyu’s release in record-breaking time. President Buhari is to be commended. Now, I urge the President to apply the same sense of urgency that he showed for Zainab towards Leah Sharibu and make #FreeLeahSharibu a reality.”

Similarly, the Northern state chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has reacted to the news of the Federal government securing the release Zainab.
