Tamar Braxton Asks Judge To End Her Marriage With Vince Herbert

American singer and songwriter, Tamar Braxton, has demanded for an end to her marriage with Vince Herbert.

According to the Blast, Tamar Braxton, called on the judge to declare her single even though she hasn’t work out details of her divorce with her estranged husband, Vince Herbert.

The media house reported that the singer asked the court to change her status to divorce, which means she wants an end to her relationship with Vince.

However, the duo have not agreed on the support and custody issues, but at this point the singer wants an end to her marriage.

“Petitioner seeks dissolution of her marriage with Respondent based on irreconcilable differences. Petitioner believes there is nothing the Court can do to salvage or repair the marriage.”

The singer overtime has been working on sealing the divorce process but the estranged husband has been frustrating her effort.

Last year October, Braxton called on a judge to grant her a default judgement, she had claimed that Vince refused to respond to her petition.
